"During my 3-night stay, my room was not cleaned even once. There was no hair dryer available, and despite requesting one, I was unable to get it. It was also very difficult to receive additional towels. Overall, the service was quite poor, and I would not consider staying here again."

"The room was clean however, the bed was a bit too soft to my liking. There was not enough towels provided for the amount of guests in our room & had to call two separate times to get one more towel and there was no extra pillow and/or blanket supplied in the room. I've been to Ocean a couple of times and it very pretty with a beautiful outdoor area, but one thing I wish was that the casino would be more easily accessible. It felt like you had to take extra elevator rides, walking across the lobby & wasn't directly in the same building."
