The only shared space is the outdoor shower, located in the rear of the property, which is shared with the downstairs unit for convenience after beach days.



Listing Notes:

This unit is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manager, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you`re automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waive



The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link
