Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please close garage doors, gates and outdoor shower door.
If you're running late or want another night at the beach, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you! Without notice, we must charge a $75 per half hour fee to compensate our cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please, no more than 5 guests. Owner reserves right to charge up to $200 per night per additional, unreported guest.
We love pets! Our living room furniture does not. If you can't keep paws off, please use extra sheets in wooden box in living room to cover upholstery
