- 3427 Asbury Ave. OCNJ has undergone a full renovation. This second floor condo offers a deck, loads of upgrades and sleeps 13 with brand new fiberglass free mattresses throughout !

A seven night minimum the end of May, June, July and August. Saturday to Saturday only. Cross one street for the beach.
We are proudly offering a 3 bedroom and two full bathroom condo / townhome. The playground, tennis and basketball, mini-golf, burgers, pizza, ice cream and more are at the corner and across the street. Park once in the driveway and walk, bike or shuttle to the boardwalk. The boardwalk begins at 24th Street.
A bedroom has two sets of twin XL bunk beds with a two twin trundles. The primary has a full bathroom with a shower and a new queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a full with a twin trundle. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Keyless entry
Please bring twin XL sheets for the four bunk beds, twin sheets for the trundles.
I believe full sheets work lengthwise also, tuck sides in. Also bring a full and two queen sheet sets. Bring your beach and shower towels also.
Connect your devices by Airplay for all of the smart tvs.
There are two outdoor hoses for rinsing after the beach. Hang all towels on the outdoor hooks that are provided by the showers and at the top of the steps before entering the house ! Tyia
Restrooms and beach tags are on the same block. Wifi, Pillows & comforters are provided. The new tv's are all smart tv's. Use Airplay to connect to the tv's and your apps.

IMPORTANT: During your stay… Use the two hoses in the carport to rinse the sand off of all of your bathing suits and hair before entering the house.
The tub will clog if the sand isn’t rinsed out of bathing suits and hair. Please hang all of the sandy, beach towels outside.
