Completely updated as of 2021! Southwinds A6 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 1 TVs (one in the living room). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%. Beautiful ocean views, and steps to the swimming pool!
