The Southwinds Condominium Complex, located on Atlantic Beach’s grand oceanfront, is waiting to provide you with the vacation you deserve. You will find the perfect getaway for you and your family. Allow yourself to drift away from your everyday stress and relax in one of the two outdoor swimming pools. Take the walkway down to the beach and dip your toes in the water or take a walk along the beach. It’s the perfect place for a vacation! This complex is conveniently located close to area amusements and offers laundry facilities and shared charcoal grills on-site.


This condo was recently renovated and features a location on the first floor with courtyard and pool views. With two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths, your group will get all the quality time you deserve to catch up with one another. Cozy up on the living room sofa to catch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. You could even enjoy an al-fresco meal out on the balcony under the fresh ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are great for bringing the family together. After a long hot-weather hike or a long walk along the lapping shoreline, the stacked washer and dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes for the next day. While the kids snuggle up in the bedroom with two twin beds, you can enjoy a little TV after sinking yourself into the king-size bed of the primary bedroom with a private half bath. Cozy beach condo

Nice condo with a short walk to the beach or two pools. Perfect for our family of four. Does need a new coffee pot (didn’t work) and a few windows had some stains from hard rainstorms but overall, nice place.

Loved this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well-kept, parking easy, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was especially clean and just as described online. It was very convenient to both the beach and the pools. I locked myself out one day, called the property manager, and they were extremely kind and had us back in the condo right away. We will definitely be return guests!
