  • Remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor that has an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT view from a private balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves right from your living room & master bedroom.
    Located in the A PLACE A THE BEACH condo complex in Atlantic Beach, NC. This unit was completely renovated from top to bottom; including flooring and beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms!
    A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach!

    This property has everything you need to enjoy the perfect family vacation with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and of course an amazing outdoor 150ft water slide right on the property! Indoor pool and hot tub! The lovely courtyard is perfect for outdoor activities and games and includes a fun children's playground! Enjoy an on site basketball court, tennis court, mini golf and a large courtyard to play around in!
    Multiple charcoal & gas grills are located conveniently on the property.

    The property is just minutes away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 minute drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.
    There are elevators located centrally in each building & carts to assist with loading luggage.

    This unit is on the 2nd story. There is an elevator and carts to assist with loading and unloading luggage. There is both a WASHER & DRYER inside the unit. Linens are included; Bed sheets and one bath towel set per guest. Feel free to bring any additional you feel you may need.

    Up to 2 Parking passes & 6 guests permitted. No pets.
