Get ready for your Coastal Dream to come true at this adorable soundview home nestled in the heart of Atlantic Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is the perfect place for you to spend a week away and boasts amazing views of the sound without taking away convenient access to the oceanfront as well.
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the observation deck before taking a stroll to the water. Coastal Dream will surely leave you longing to return to the beach as soon as you can!
Bedding includes 2 kings and 1 queen.
NO SMOKING.
NO PETS.
Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
Rents Weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
