"Clean rooms, staff very friendly and helpful"

"My phone didn't work in the room. The ice machine was broken on the floor I was on. There were not enough towels per night. I had to call every day from my cell phone for the 3 days I stayed requesting towels. The best thing about this day was the cookies."

"There was items left over from another guest in the room and also I killed 3 bugs. 2 were spiders. The door to the room was incredibly hard to open and close. Not to mention you could hear any and everything through the walls as well. Tv in the room was horrible quality. Speaker and picture issues. Breakfast wasn’t at all worth it. "

I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time. "
