The Space:

This beautiful 3300sf craftsman home has lots of space and light, fully stocked kitchen, and all rooms have plush hotel bedding and TVs. Enjoy the amazing backyard pool and living space, which includes flat screen TVs, outdoor grill and smoker with dining area, beautiful garden in the summer time, and 2 fire pits. (pool is closed Nov-March).

The four bedrooms sleep a total of 10 guests with a sofa bed in the sitting room or upstairs that can sleep 2 more. There are 3 kings, and 1 queen, in the 4 bedrooms upstairs.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all spaces, and none of the spaces are shared, including the back yard.



The Neighborhood:

The house is in Midtown, one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods, with a unique mix of homes, apartments, offices, and Georgia Tech. It’s a very walkable area of the city, within easy reach of Piedmont Park, Beltline Atlanta, and Ponce City Market.

Piedmont Park: 0.6 miles. Georgia World Congress Center: 2.3 miles. Americas Mart:1.7 miles. Ponce City Market: 0.5 miles. Georgia Aquarium:1.4 miles. Fox Theater: 0.8 miles. Getting Around:

Walking or Uber/Lyft are preferred methods of transportation in Midtown. There are also city bike rentals and scooter rentals all over the neighborhood (apps Lime and Bird) Closest MARTA train station is North Ave, which is the best way to get to and from Mercedes Benz Stadium.



Other Things to Note:

**If you smoke anything in this House you will be charged. Please No loud noise outside after hours or my neighbors will complain. We do not allow hosting events or parties here for this reason.

Please note there is a guest house behind this property that is also a rental. You won't see them and they won't see you as they come and go using the back alley and don't have access to the back yard. Also the windows facing the back yard are heavily frosted so they can't see anything.
