It was mediocre at best. What made my experience better was the staff, mainly Carlos. He was a one man show at the time of my arrival and went out his way to accommodate me with the change of rooms, etc. Hats off to him....

Our stay was pleasant. The accommodations were fine. The staff were phenomenal. They worked hard to make sure my expectations were met. It's a nice place for a 1 or 2 day stay over.

It was a good stay….the only complaint that I have was this whirling noise I heard all night and please invest in some blackout curtains.. other than that stay was acceptable!! I will stay again!!

The receptionist was very nice. His attitude was excelkent. The only downside, he charged me TWICE by mistake(inadequate training). I only realised it before checking out. When I lodged a complaint, this time, another receptionist who was on duty, asked me to call in the morning and speak to the manager. She was very professional and reassuring, the way she handled the situation.I was told I will receive the refund in up to two weeks. The FULL refund was made in two business days.Good job! I believe her(the manager's) name is Karen. Bottom line: I will definetely want to stay there another time.

Not a bad stay

Really not a bad place to stay for the price. We were going to an event in Atlanta and wanted to save some money by not staying downtown. Area is a little sketch but we never felt particularly unsafe. We had the king bed and my wife and I found it quite comfortable. Room was clean though couch had a few stains on it and the comforter had a couple holes in it but the sheets were fresh and clean and the AC worked incredibly well. We had it like an icebox in there. My biggest complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it made a squeezing noise as it ran.

Get a new general manager

The general manger was very rude and unprofessional. Was very disrespectful and unprofessional with his behavior and attitude towards guests. Talked as if he had a grudge against visitors. When asked about rebooking he informed me that I couldn’t rebook because I didn’t pay a deposit when I checked in because it didn’t come ineffective until the 29th of December and I checked in on the 28th and said I would be charged the deposit and and extra 25 because I didn’t pay the first time

We had roaches all in our room and when we told the manager he did not move us or accommodate us for the inconveniences. We had to leave all of our stuff in our rental car to ensure we didn’t take any bugs with us! Then feared the car being broke into due to us having to leave our stuff in it.

I had to walk off site to find an ATM because their credit card machine wouldn't process my debit card. Free breakfast consisted of a small piece of fruit, a stale mini muffin, and a small bottle of juice. One per customer, in a take away bag. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Carpet was filthy. TV kept cutting out due to faulty wiring.
