🐾 Pet Policy
Furry friends welcome (max 2). Please let us know in advance. The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies:

Short stays (1-4 nights): $75 total
Medium stays (5-29 nights): $150 total
Long stays (30+ nights): $250 total.

Cats are also welcome! A small additional cleaning fee applies to ensure the space is thoroughly refreshed for the next guests.

✔ Background check required for main guest (takes less than 5 minutes to do through a secure link, we do not keep personal information)
✔ All guests must submit photo IDs
✔ Check-in details shared after successful verification
✔ No unplugging noise or camera devices—violations may result in a fine

➤ A refundable $150 security deposit is required and will be collected securely via Stripe link. This deposit covers any intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs. If everything looks good after your stay, you`ll receive the full refund.
➤ Rollaway bed is available for $30/night upon request. We must be notified at least 12 hours before check-in.
➤ Child and infant amenities are available and must requested at least 72 hours before arrival.

To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, ask you to complete our verification process, and/or, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
We are happy to welcome pets at our Airbnb, subject to size limitations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

1. HOME ETIQUETTE
➤ To help keep our space clean and inviting, we kindly request that you leave your shoes at the front door.

2. QUIET HOURS
➤ We appreciate a peaceful environment, especially during the evenings. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.

3. NO SMOKING
➤ For the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy indoors. If you need to smoke, feel free to do so in the backyard, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $1000 fine for smoking inside.

4. NO PARTIES
➤ We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we`ll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge.

5. CHECK - IN AND CHECK - OUT TIMES
➤ To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10AM as our cleaners are on tight schedules.

6. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
➤ For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.

7. NO UNREGISTERED PETS
➤ All pets must be registered. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests.

8. PET ETIQUETTE
➤ Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.

9. RESPECTFUL USE OF SPACE
➤ Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space as intended.

10. ECO-FRIENDLY LIVING
➤ Help us conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use.

11. RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY
➤ Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hours notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.

12. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY
➤ We do not recommend mail or package delivery to our listing address. This is due to our inability to accept responsibility for locating your package or for any items that may be missing or damaged.

13. KEY RETURN
➤ To keep things running smoothly and ensure the key is returned at the end of your stay, please place it in lockbox 3, take a photo, and send it to us as proof of return. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged.

14. CLEANING CLOSET
➤ The cleaning closet is locked and is meant for cleaner`s use only. Guests are not allowed to attempt to open the lock unless otherwise told. If the lock is damaged, there will be a $50 replacement fee.
