One of the best ever VRBO experiences. Location is superb: quiet yet walking distance close to stores and restaurants. The house is so well laid out and appointed that we felt right at home with a big dose of the owners artistic and creative decor to enhance the home’s warmth. Large yard with birds, squirrels, chipmunks and the liveliest trees was appreciated too. If you have reason to be in Roswell, try to book this gracious home.

Noble Cottage was cute, clean and just steps from Downtown Canton. An ideal location. We had a little communication hiccup at check-in but it was quickly resolved. Our Host was attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming cottage in great location

The cottage was updated, clean and in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in the heart of Roswell. My entire family agrees that we would happily stay there again.

Great location and place to stay

Down for Perfect Game’s WWBA tournament. This house was perfect for 6 guests. The location is great as Roswell is an amazing little town with great restaurants. Location was also good for the games we played and is close to East Cobb. Hosts were in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok as well. 100% would recommend this and would stay here again.

Wedding weekend

The noble cottage was perfect for wedding weekend. We could walk to shops and restaurants and venue was 5 min drive. The park just north off canton street was a nice place for a morning run. Thank you for a great stay!

Best Location!!!

Property is super close to all the best restaurants and boutiques in Roswell! We saw deer and lightning bugs while relaxing on the back porch. It was truly magical. Large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Everything is decorated really beautifully. Would highly recommend!

Family respite

Most lovely comfortable home. Situated in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance to restaurants. The manager was most accommodating when we had a problem with washing machine. I can’t thank her enough!

Charming, spacious cottage, walking distance to Roswell downtown

I stayed here with my daughter, her husband, and two of my little grandsons. We were not in the home much because we were visiting children’s attractions and family in the Atlanta area. We made two dinners at the house. Appliances worked great. Neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Our landlady was very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great home great host. Easy self check in. Proprietor communicated often to see we needed anything!

Every thing we needed was supplied: coffee, creamer, tea, sugars & lots of pans & utensils! All instructions were superb & easy check in/out. Great place. Perfect Location!

Three of us were in Roswell for a Wedding at the Kimball Center. This house was perfect - plenty of rooms, especially bathrooms, and walking distance to everything. The layout was awesome. Bedrooms are quiet while others are enjoying the common areas. We did not take advantage of all the amenities due to time. Our host was excellent - very responsive. For what it's worth, we stay in a lot of VRBOs since my wife hates hotels (too noisy). She said this is the BEST one she has ever stayed at! I have to agree.

Fantastic find!

Fabulous house! Immaculate and decorated so cool! This house inside goes on and on with rooms shooting off to the left and right. So much room to spread out and find your own space. The backyard is huge with its own sitting area and fire pit. The location can’t be beat. Two houses in from happening Canton Street, yet no noise can be heard. What a great little, walkable town. Came for a wedding and took in all the sights and sounds while there. Will definitely reserve again when in the area.

Outstanding location

We had a wonderful experience staying here for my son's wedding at Primrose Cottage. The location was perfect—just a short drive from the venue, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal home base during such a special weekend.One of the highlights was the backyard. It provided a great space for the groom and his groomsmen to relax and hang out before the ceremony. It was the perfect spot for taking a few pre-wedding photos and sharing some laughs before the big moment.Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and truly added to the joy of the occasion. Perfect home away from home in Roswell!

Our family of 6 (my husband and I, our two children (5 and 8) and my senior parents (65+) spent the weekend here while attending a gymnastics meet for our son. The property delighted us all, young and old. We had plenty of space to spend time all together and also have privacy when needed. It's even prettier in person than the pictures. The location is fabulous. We appreciated the little extras you don't always find in a rental (fans beside the beds, plenty of hangers in the closets, high quality towels and bedding, throw blankets to make the living spaces extra cozy). Our host, Zoe, checked on us throughout our stay but since the place was so well equipped, we never needed a thing. I would absolutely book this property again anytime our travels take us to Roswell.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at noble cottage was wonderful! The location was perfect for us as we often met with other family members right on Canton Street and it was so nice to not have to drive. The cottage is much bigger than it appears and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The backyard was a surprise bonus! My only suggestions would be 1). The kitchen is in desperate need of sharp knives. We did a lot of cooking and had great difficulty chopping vegetables and meats. 2). The back patio area needs some attention - the concrete is cut up and uneven.We are in the Roswell area often and wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

Beautiful house in great location!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend along with our two adult children while in Roswell for a memorial service. The house is in a fantastic location about half a block from what I think of as the quieter end of Canton but still within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the area. The house was very clean and the kitchen looked well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer was provided along with a Keurig coffee machine. The beds all had very nice pillows and sheets and were very comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms with showers which was nice for our family. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a huge backyard to play corn hole along with a nice seating area. I have to say that despite being 95 degrees outside the AC worked well and kept the house cool. Zoe was great about checking in with us and making sure everything was okay after we checked in. I highly recommend staying here.
