2nd Year Staying and Planning to Book Again

I attend a convention every year about 15 minutes away and this house is perfect to relax after a long day. The property manager’s are super communicative, the home is relaxing, clean, and spacious. I plan on booking next year as well!

Beautiful and Very Convenient!

This home was immaculate! It has been beautifully redone. Plenty of space and supplied with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation! Quiet neighborhood and yet you are about 20 minutes away from everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Home

We came to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The house was a perfect set up for several couples and kids. The best was the large living room area with very comfortable furniture. We were all able to be together in one room. The kids enjoyed the great area downstairs with the ping pong table. The decor was stylish abfd the artwork beautiful!

Awesome Stay! Awesome House! Awesome Host!

We were in town for a convention and had our booking wrongfully canceled at different house two days before our arrival— THANK GOD this house and host were able to accommodate us quickly, make us feel welcome and at peace during the most hectic weekend. The house was spacious, comfortable and the host was super responsive. Not to mention the decor of the home was so lovely, and super well thought out. I’m hoping that next year when we come back for the convention we can stay here again because it was just a perfect stay!

Great Stay for Convention

A couple of my friends and I got this place so we could be near a gaming convention for the weekend. Everything was great but I wish we had a house layout since the listing didn’t specify one of the rooms could only be accessed through a shared bathroom. Besides the layout, everything was great and the communication was easy with the host. This is the second time we stayed at an Evolve rental and they were great.

Home away from home!

This house is beautiful, the pictures look identical to the in-person view. We received detailed checkin and checkout instructions. This home is quite spacious and allows everyone the desired comfort. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, which was a very pleasant experience. The Perfect Stay

Cannot say enough about this property. So much space for our group of 12 to gather both indoors and outdoors. The stocked kitchen and bathrooms were definitely a plus. Beautiful decor. Champagne glasses for our mimosa brunch…yes. The beautiful and spacious island that our caterer used to display our meals…yes. Plenty of parking, great conversations by the fire pit (although we didn’t light it) enjoying fresh air on both decks, letting fresh air in through the numerous sliding glass doors on both levels…just wow. We are looking forward to using the space again next year!

Highly recommend this home! We had five couples stay here to help celebrate a 40th birthday.. They came from several different states and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. It was close to the venue, as well as being close to shopping, restaurants, The Battery, and downtown Atlanta. There are several living areas upstairs and in the basement. There are some great outside areas to hang out as well. The way the home is situated on the lot makes it very private and there is a lot of parking space. The home was also very clean and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating to let us check in a little early and check out a little later due to couples arriving at different times. You will not be disappointed in this home!

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

Loved the house. The kitchen was everything we needed. Plenty of the pots, pans, cooking ware, silverware, plates, glasses, coffee cups, etc. It was extremely well stocked. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper; hair dryers, curling irons (though we didn't use). Good washer and dryer that we used to clean towels only. All of the beds were comfortable, good mattresses, sheets, pillows, and coverings. Plenty of sitting room to gather around and tables to eat, play games, put puzzles together. Plus a ping pong table downstairs. We were very pleased and loved that the driveway held all our cars and was easy to get in and out of. The lighting inside and out was exceptional. We had no complaints that weren't easily and quickly fixed my the manager. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful property, excellent location

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very clean, well appointed, you can tell that care was taken with the renovations. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and lots of spaces to hang out together, both inside and outside. The location was excellent, very convenient to the interstate so easy to get to downtown Atlanta, the Battery, and the airport. The guest contact checked on us via text to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
