Overall this place suited our needs for a weekend trip. It was clean, had air conditioning, and included a driveway parking spot (which is hard to come by in this area). It’s also in walking distance of Center Parc Stadium - which was the main selling point to us!
There were a few things that needed improvement. One, the house rules say smoking isn’t allowed, even on the outside porch that guests share with a permanent tenant next door. The neighbor did smoke in said area, and we could smell it in the duplex pretty strongly. Two, there isn’t complete privacy in the master bedroom; the blinds are broken. So we ended up putting an ironing board in the windowsill to cover the exposed window area. Then just really small stuff, like the trash instructions being unclear. Also of note (because I would’ve liked to know), there is a Ring camera by the door. So it’s highly likely the owner is watching as guests come and go. All in all, we liked this spot on a budget and we were able to live comfortably for a few days! :)

We found this house to be cozy and clean, perfectly adequate for 2-4 people, but the rooms were quite small and the queen beds were both pushed up against the wall so accessing them wasn't easy. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but didn't have a tea kettle so I set off the smoke detector when I attempted to boil water in a pain. Not a big deal! We liked the location and the property manager was very attentive. On the whole, it wasn't a particularly luxurious accommodation but it definitely met our needs for a long weekend.
