Thankfully it was quiet but the floor was cracked, smelled like weed. Coverlet had been holes and the walls were dirty in the bathroom.

They dont clean their sheets. I broke out because of bed bugs arms legs And i sent a message and they refuse to respond to AT LEAST give half my money back. Yall didnt clean the sheets thats nasty

Poor Service

The first room was so bad that we immediately changed rooms: the sink was broken and it was leaking into the room. Beds were made, but sheets weren't clean. Th next room at least didn't have a leak, but the air smelled very moldy. One of the main room lights constantly flickered. We stayed for 3 nights and we needed fresh towels and soap. these were both asked for on separate occasions and none were ever delivered. Each time, we had to go to the front desk to receive these items. Certainly has Madde me stay away from Red Roof Inns.

Okay I guess

It was okay for the price. Only issue I had was the bathroom being nasty. The toilet seat was nasty even the tub. The tub had this iron colored stain that’s probably a size of a man’s shoe. There was stains on the sheets. So me and my boyfriend went home to get sheets and pillows because I wasn’t sleeping in that.

Property was in a shady area. Lots of people just strolling through the parking lot. Empty beer and liquor bottles all over the parking lot. The man working the front desk was shocked that he booked this room online. He said “white people like you don’t usually stay here”. Then he also said “we will give you the good room, we put whites on the front side of the building and then all the others on the back side”. Then we asked him if it was safe here and his response was “eh, haven’t had anything in the last couple weeks so you should be okay”. Got a non smoking room but it still stunk of cigarettes and febreeze. We checked into the room, saw it, changed clothes, and immediately went and got a different hotel.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Too many people in the parking lot loitering. The employees stay there get drunk one verbally attacked my husband. We were so afraid we had to leave after only being there 3hrs. Im requesting a refund.

I don’t want my name shown in public. The beds were not clean, so we had to buy the mattress protectors to cover all the beds, but my mom still got bites on the last night. The towels had the black spots that we had to buy and use our own towels. The rooms and bathrooms had bad smell.

It was terrible. The room was dirty ,under the bed had garbage and the bed was broken, empty bottles and kids socks. In the bathroom they never clean the tube and shower curtain. The towels was dirty and the sheets was dirty also .There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when I ask for the toilet paper they charges me a $1 for it. Can’t sleep at night because they were lot of noise, people knocking on doors and they say no smoking but inside the room smells like cigarettes.

The hotel from hell

All in all it was ok the staff was not friendly nor helpful at all i guess because when i pulled up the young lady that works behind the front desk was smoking weed and me walking up interrupted her smoke session the 1st room they gave me was horrible so i went back down stairs and changed rooms and that was a complete upgrade well i guess for where i was. Later that evening i when to get something to eat and it was so many people lurking and standing around not to mention 2 police cars were circling the parking lot and they were out there for at least 2 or more hours and it wasn't because they were doing security for the hotel looked like they were tracking someone. If u are able to go to a safer hotel. The only thing that was awesome was the older lady that work at the front desk. Henrietta took great care of me.

do NOT stay, RUN away!!

Awful. RUN. Do NOT stay! We checked in and when to our room and left. It was anything but a place I would stay. First warning was the hooker walking past the check in desk while my wife was getting the room keys. The room was filthy. The bed spread had holes burnt into the comforter and stains all over it. Room smelled and I had a fear of bed bugs with everything we saw. The sheets had hairs on them. We immediately went to the front desk and checked out. We asked about a refund and were denied. They reply to every review like they care and want to make it right, do it right the first time! Just do better! Check the google reviews too, just as bad. I could have posted 50 pictures showing the nasty room, more than disappointed.
