I reserved a Single Room Kingsize Bed it was so dirty I refute stay there. They gave me a room with two queen beds which wasn’t much better unfortunately do to plane delays I got the hotel very late and wasn’t time to find another hotel! I’m sure this will be the last Quality Inn I stay at. Needs a major upgrade!

The rooms were large and fairly clean, but that was the extent of any positives. Neighborhood was on the sketchy side. No amenities within walking distance. We had to use GPS to find a neighborhood with restaurants. We found a Applebee’s with great food and service, but pan handlers asking for money as you left. In the morning there was only one single serve packet of coffee with the coffee maker and the front desk did not have access to more. The hotel did have a continental breakfast, but all the machines were broken, so no juice or coffee there either. We were on a destination trip and this hotel was chosen for its moderate pricing and advertisement as an airport hotel. We would not choose this hotel again and would either spend more money and actually stay near the airport or drive further out of Atlanta and pick a name brand hotel.

My first room had a leak in the ceiling and the second room they moved me to smelled awful. I wasn’t able to stay there and had to go somewhere else.

This place was absolutely horrible. Pulling into the parking lot this place looks abandoned. This place looks nothing like the photos. The desk person was clueless. Once checked there is a bunch of huge holes and dents in the walls. Roaches crawling on the ceiling. Once I got to the room it had not even been cleaned. There was empty water bottles on the counters, the sheets was dirty. This hotel was in horrible condition. This was not somewhere or sanitary to stay. I went down and asked for a refund and the clerk stated he couldn’t check me out or give a refund. After contacting Expedia I was told the hotel refused a refund for not one but 2 nights due to me not showing up. I will not be using this hotel nor will I ever use Expedia to book ever again.

I just needed a place to crash after a long day. Went to a funeral, followed by a reception in Marietta. At that point, I only had the linens I was gonna sleep on, in mind: How clean? How fresh? I cannot say that I was disappointed. The room, though, smelled like a smoking one. I Had to leave the door on the common balcony widely open for a good couple of hours. Sounds unsafe? I slept like a baby until eight p.m. The first roomI was given was on the first floor, and it didn’t look clean at all. Sofa was dirty and the toilet bowl not paid attention to by cleaning staff. That’s my impression.. My real disappointment was in the morning, when I realized that breakfast was not even supposed to be included in the advertisement. Only coffee, juice machine, waffles, and a few cereals. I don’t think I’ve seen fruits. I would have eaten a couple. no banana for sure; no apples or oranges. However, the eating room was very clean. Pay attention to what you get charged for. because I got a different charge from what Expedia said. $10 to $12 difference, maybe.

I woke up this morning with obvious bedbug bites and showed them to attendant on duty. He said he send someone to see about it which he didnt. I have pictures of bites and bugs from the room Danny the attendant on duty showed aboslutely no interest in resolving the issue.

Don’t stay at this hotel, even if it’s cheap!
The place is disgusting. The hotel check-in guy was not at the desk at check in. He shoved a sign in our face that said “ please be seated someone will be with you shortly. “He came back and said I was at lunch. I have never, ever been told that at check in,especially after a 12 hour drive. Ridiculous. Room was dirty. I asked for a blanket as their were none on the beds, I was told housekeeping was gone and he couldn’t get me one . I pulled out the sofa sleeper looking for a blanket, nothing, but the mattress was stained and disgusting.No juice in the juice machine, just water. Never stay here!!!

The hotel got us a room with smelly carpet. The toilet with black stain inside like never washed. Q-tip is inside the basket. The sink is broken and water shoot up. We have to asked to exchange to different room and found socks next to the working desk. Inconvenience experienced!!!

Reception should mean friendly
Front desk reception was not welcoming - 2 people there and both said little to nothing to me upon checking in. Restaurant options were limited nearby, needed to drive a couple miles after an already long day of driving. Hotel was clean and comfortable for an older building. Ice machine on our floor didn't work, so needed to go down to 1. Walk in rate was more than online.

Where do I start, no working deadbolt on room door, no working TV, barely enough water pressure to rinse shampoo out of hair, no shuttle to and from the airport except late morning to early evening, I had to take a $30 taxi at 10pm. No B'fast available as advertised.
