The room was excellent, and the staff was excellent. I even enjoyed the artwork in the room. The only negative was I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. I arrived at the shuttle stand at 10:00 pm and the shuttle did not arrive until 10:45. That was truly a bummer, but the hotel stay was very nice and the return shuttle to the airport in the morning was very nice.

Very very nice room with comfortable bed. Heat worked well in the cold storm...quiet and reasonable cost. I slept well. But the elevator broke and i had a huge suitcase to get down the stairs. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

The guy at the front desk seem a little hassle, weren't friendly welcoming. The room was clean 👌 My key card wasn't working so i stood in the lobby hallway for 30 minutes cause Noone was at the front desk, to fix the issue with the key card. Overall it was good, just some improvement needed and friendly customers service needed.

The room was in good condition, breakfast, mediocre at best,only issue we had was with transportation. We weren't sure how late the transport ran or where the pick up was. Attempted to call them to find out, no one answered the phone at hotel. After multiple attempts to contact them with no results, we ended up taking a taxi and paying $30.00 for what should have been free. There excuse for not picking up was, they were probably too busy. Definitely would not recommend hotel or will ever return to this one.

I booked because of proximity to airport and especially because on Expedia it said free airport shuttle. No where does it stipulate that shuttle service is only from 530am-1130pm. Needless to say I wasted 30 minutes at the airport waiting for a shuttle that was never coming (I landed at 11:18pm for reference). Check in was quick and easy! The property is pretty quiet. My room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast- there has to be a revision to the options offered.
