Once you enter the unit, you can only see the city's 270-degree jaw-dropping opinions through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
But once the views settle in, the impeccable interior
design, conversation-piece lighting, and sleek, modern furnishings start to take
center stage. With its wide-open floor plan and 11.5 foot ceilings this penthouse
feels much larger than its square footage and is ideal for entertaining. If you can
tear yourself away from the comfort within this luxurious unit, the impressive
amenities of the Lilli and its location on bustling Peachtree Street will likely keep
you nearby. A fully-equipped fitness center, beautifully decorated clubhouse
lounge and rooftop pool with open-air views for days make this one of the most
sought-after addresses in town.

Within steps of the front entrance, you'll be at the
door of the historic Fox Theater and close to some of the top-rated restaurants,
bars and shopping in Atlanta.

PARKING: $19 Daily Parking Fee.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 30 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.
RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds. Perfect for my business trip

MoodyBlues was a perfect spot for my trip to the ATL. Came in for a conference and local meetings, and the unit was perfectly situated between the World Congress Center and my office. Service, cleanliness, and accuracy of the unit was exceptional. The morning sunrise over Stone Mojngain is not to be missed!

Beautiful apartment in a centrally located and safe area

We loved the apartment. It was plenty of space for a couple, the views were spectacular and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, away from home. The area was safe to walk around and you can even walk to Mary Mac’s Tea Room which is a short distance away. The front desk was super kind and helpful and the property management team was super available when I needed help with check-in or anything else. Staying here felt like I was a local and the restaurant downstairs was amazing, make sure to make a res. Would stay here again.

Moody Blues was so great too us I honestly doing even want to talk people about it so it’s not booked when I come back. Stayed to see 3 nights of music at the Fox Theatre and couldn’t have been happier with the accomodations

We enjoyed our stay

My husband and I enjoyed this day. The place was very nice. My only concern is that there are no window coverings for the sliding glass that leads To the balcony. Because of that people can see you when you come out of the bathroom or just walk by the balcony.

This is an actual luxury accommodation.. It’s not cheap.. that is what makes it luxurious. We greatly appreciated the time and effort put in to make the apartment truly a home away from home. Can’t wait till next time!

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Moody Blues” condo. An absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. The property came fully stocked with all the necessities and nothing was lacking. Anna who checked me in was very professional and friendly. Lovely Atlanta Condo With a To-Die-For View in the Heart of Town

First impression: Clean, Clean, Clean (excellent cleaning crew). Second impression: wrap-around view of the heart of Atlanta—from the 19th floor of an impeccably-run establishment…. Seriously, EVERYTHING (from the helpful concierge —who actually carried my bags up), to the Uber-convenient, reserved parking spot, a rubbish shoot outside the door….and the pet-friendly policy—made this property jump to the top of my, “I Will Return” list…..With the Fox Theater & literally dozens of restaurants only steps away, this one is hard to top….Solid “A” .
