Modern Retreat Charming 2-bedroom apart in the heart of Atlanta. LOCATION!!!

Must be 25 to book! No parties or get togethers! (Must be mindful of my neighbors especially at night!). Quiet time is 9pm -7am. Please treat my home as if were your own! One pet unless talked about! If any of these rules are broken you will be escorted of the property with no refund ! Loss of fob $150! Your home away from home in Atlanta with 2 bedrooms. This excellent apartment features a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a serene and wonderful stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and other essentials, your comfort is our priority. We look forward to hosting you at our place. State Farm arena-0.5 miles

My dad and I stayed at the property for the weekend to attend a Falcons game. The location was perfect. The host went above and beyond to ensure check in was smooth by providing detailed instructions. The unit was especially very clean and thats super important to us. It was awesome to be able to park our vehicle and not move it the entire weekend, as everything we needed to get to was within walking distance. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. The host was available at any time for questions or needs during our stay. We look forward to there being a next time!

My stay at this property had some positive aspects and some areas that could be improved.Positive aspects:•The property is very well located, close to downtown Atlanta.Areas for improvement:•The access instructions were a bit confusing at first.•Although the property looked clean, the beds had a lot of pet hair, and I had to wash the sheets and pillowcases. There were also many hairs in the master room shower.•The property doesn’t have its own parking, and the nearest paid parking is around the corner. Despite paying for it, I got a ticket for not parking in the correct spot. Also, when I parked on the street in front of the property, my side mirror was hit twice.•In the hallways leading to the apartment, there were many people smoking marijuana, and the smell was very strong, even inside the apartment.Overall, the location is great, but these issues did affect the overall experience.
