Note: Pool Access & Safety
Pool is open From April to October 31 else a special request with pool heating can be arranged From Nov to March 31. Pool Heating is $100/day and must be requested for the whole duration of your stay.
We must receive the request for pool heating at least 3 days in advance of the reservation date.
Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, in respect of neighborhood quiet hours.
No lifeguard on duty.

Security Cameras
There are four security cameras on the exterior of the property, Covering all sides of the property.
Ring Doorbell next to the front door, one security camera in the front of the house, and one security camera in the backyard facing the pool and one on each side.
The Cameras are always ON and recording for security of your safety and liability purposes.
House Rules & Guest Standards
To ensure a refined, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests and our surrounding community, we ask that the following house rules be strictly observed.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
Flotation devices are permitted only within the pool.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Smoking & Open Flames
This is a strictly smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind inside the home is prohibited.
Violation will result in a $1,000 smoking fee.
Pets
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, pets are not permitted on the property.
Guests assume full responsibility for the safe operation of all propane equipment.
The host is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from guest use. Use at your own discretion.
