Our spacious apartments come fully furnished with stylish furnishings, full kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fast WiFi. Unwind at the resort-style saltwater pool, gather around the fire pits, or fire up the Big Green Egg at the outdoor kitchen. With sky lounges overlooking the river, a boat dock, and on-site bike repair, adventure is always nearby.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
