Perfect for flexible stays of any length, our fully-furnished apartments feature a full kitchen, walk-in closets, and in-unit laundry. Unwind by the resort-style pool, work remotely from coworking lounges, or break a sweat in the fitness and outdoor training areas.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
