For a place to rest and get some sleep it's not bad at all. My room was very clean, just a few stains on bed sheets but nothing disgusting. Staff won't help with early check in, you've been warned. And that dude Michael in the front desk is terrible. Other than that, not bad for a few nights.

Very welcoming environment. My partner & I stayed for two nights. Our first selected room A/C was not working. They accommodated us quickly. The beds were comfy. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Overall, the stay was okay, and the staff was great and helpful. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing and could definitely use some attention. In the first room we were given, the toilet would not flush, so we had to ask to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a musty smell, which made the stay less comfortable. I appreciate the staff being helpful with the room change, but based on the overall experience, I most likely would not stay here again.

The price was right but I had to get new card keys because they stopped working and ran out of toilet paper and couldn't call front desk on the room phone it was busy every time and when I called the number of the hotel on my cell phone it would ring one time and hang up. Not good customer service.
