The place smells awful. I wasnt even able to stay there bc it smelled so strongly of urine! Yes, like the whole place smelled like piss.

The staff are overly aggressive. The manager does not understand his role. He just supports what ever the staff ask of him. They charge me $20 for not coming out at 11o'clock. I was ready before twelve. They know that they can easily take money out of your deposit and thats exactly what they did. Its an unwritten rule of thumb that you an hour grace to check. There was nothin that they only give 15mins grace. They took twenty out of my deposit because they have the deposit which suppose to be for smoking

To put it bluntly too many crackheads in that area did not feel safe to even try the stairway and the elevator was filthy and really fucky room service doesn't speak english other than the word "Service"
