  • Enjoy 2,800+ sq ft of comfort in this spacious Sandy Springs retreat, perfect for 30+ night stays! Featuring two king suites, multiple living areas, a dedicated office/playroom, modern kitchen, fenced backyard, covered deck, and garage access. Conveniently located inside the perimeter near I-285, Buckhead, Roswell, and GA-400. Ideal for corporate assignments, relocating families, and temporary housing. Available for stays ending by December 15, 2026.
    There is a guest agreement that will need to be signed to gain access - Can pay monthly- 15 days ahead. No shorter term stays currently allowed. 2K deposit will be held after booking for damage deposit. Occupancy and Quiet hours are upheld. Parking for 4 on site easily. Monthly visits by manager will be scheduled for checking safety and home items like filters, batteries etc.
