Property should be closed immediately!!

This property is filthy. I killed no less than 8 German cockroaches. AC unit has broken frame. Property smelled. Unsafe property in a very safe area of Chamblee. I will be reporting to health department and BBB

The front staff Quo and Amber are great. The respond immediately to any requests. A little noisy with all the kids. They are very good about keeping grounds clean and free of debris Rooms must be in process of updates but better than others I have seen Thank you Amber and Quo

Room pretty good, clean clean clean, Everything clean, under bed, behind the bed and more. Smells great. Closet clean. Foors clean, walls clean. Curtains clean, fridge and stove, microwave CLEAN. Bed comfy.I checked another room not so good. No towels ,no soap, far better then local hotels close by. Great evening staff.

I don’t expect a IHG stay - but I don’t want to sleep with miniature roaches & mold visual & smell in the bathroom. Also the sink in the bathroom was not draining, they did not fix the issue after notifying them. Front office staff was nice.

Our trip was a last-minute budget conscious decision. Finding this room for 46$ after taxes we knew what we would be getting ourselves into, but with other reviews I was cautiously optimistic. The room itself was clean. Ish. We picked a smoking room so there was some smell, but the bed was very clean and bed-bug free. We checked. We also brought cleaning supplies just in case. We wiped everything down when we got there and there was no dirt or residue on any of the wipes. However there were a few beetles and two (2) cockroaches. We were only planning on being there to sleep, so we squished them and went about our business. We had a studio queen so there was a full size fridge, two stove burners, and a microwave. The fridge was clean and worked. We didn’t use the others so I can’t comment. They were there. There was a TV that did not work either. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The wall-unit AC worked but not well. We had at least one light bulb out. But again, we paid 46$. We just wanted to sleep. The bed was comfortable enough for us, but it only had two pillows. A call to the front desk yielded no extras. There is at least one place to do laundry on site. The elevator was convenient. Good for people needing long term stay on low budget. The area seemed quiet but there is a strong smell of pot around hotel. The receptionist was nice and check-in was easy. The lobby opens at 9am so early checkout was frustrating. The knife/stab marks add to the ambiance. DoorDash delivers

Needs a lot of improvement .roaches

Very dirty...roaches .. refrigerator was dirty with food left in it.... cabinets dirty Something white all over he floor. TV did not work... curtains do not close completely. On a positive note receptionist was very helpful...had a issue with the heater and someone came out right away to take care of it

Not for me!

This hotel was nasty. Toilet seat had crusty pee stains on it so I know it had not been cleaned. There was no TV remote when I got to my room so I had to get one from front desk. No towels, washcloths were in the room and were not available til the next day late in the afternoon! All of the cabinets and closets are raggedy and falling apart too. Needs a major remodel. The only thing decent was the shower, I was suprised it was clean...I think there are families living there because one of the parking lots was full of kids playing. Not for me, but maybe the families here have better "suites".
