Come relax in this comfy two-story home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Downstairs has an open layout that's great for hanging out or enjoying meals together. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms—each with a queen bed—and the master has a futon for extra sleeping space. The kitchen has everything you'll need for your cooking/eating pleasure. The home is complete with high speed internet, 3 TV's and a washer and dryer. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles (please note: street parking is not permitted).
Located just minutes from I-85 and Highway 316, this home offers easy access to both downtown Atlanta and the scenic Georgia mountains. You'll also be just a short drive from the Infinite Energy Center, shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, fitness centers, churches, and more—everything you need is so close.
1. The Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking and Photo ID that matches the credit card on file uploaded to our secure system. 2. You will receive complete check-in instructions a couple days before your arrival if you have signed the rental agreement. 3. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. 4. Guests must be 23 years older (with the exception of children with their parents) 5. Cancellation policy: 97% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date 6. 6 Person Maximum (children included). 7. Well behaved pets are allowed but guest must obtain permission from the owner to have pets on the property. Pet Fee is $75/dog. Max 2. Dog must be crated when left alone. Guest agrees to keep pets off of all furniture/beds. Guest also agrees to clean up pet droppings from property. If excessive pet hair is found on the furniture or beds an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. 8. A $300 hold on your credit card will be placed a day before your check-in. This is for a deposit to ensure no damages occur. 9. No parties of course! 10. No smoking, drug use or vaping of any kind inside or around the house. 11. Fireworks and discharging a firearm are strictly prohibited in the neighborhood. 12. There are outside cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. 13. The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property. We have a noise monitoring device that monitors noise level but does not record voices. Thank you for keeping the noise level down to be respectful of our neighbors. 14. Please see the Rental Agreement for all policies.

The house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and gave a 'homely' feel. Debbie was wonderful and communicated wonderfully! We will definitely be back as we have family in the area.
The host had great communication and the process of accessing the house was easy. The house is nicely outfitted and the fenced in back yard was nice. Anyone renting should be aware that the neighborhood is in transition, some houses are well kept, others are not, but everyone we encountered was friendly. For anyone with small children you should be aware that people tend to speed through the neighborhood, so children should be kept away from the street. Other than those small notes a nice house and nicer hosts, I would rent with them again.
Great place to stay. Home was clean, easy to get to, contact was open to helping with anything we needed. We will be back.

This was the perfect location to Gas South Arena as well as shopping and food. The owners definitely take pride in their home and are excellent hosts. Communication was top notch!
This place was great for me and my co worker to stay. Neighborhood was great.Quite and safe. The host was response and friendly. It had everything you need.
The house had what we needed and Debbie was an excellent host. We would love to stay there again. Hopefully next year when we are in town for the conference again!
