The room was great. Comfortable bed and roomy. Very walkable to many restaurants if you go through the parking garage. The worst part about this hotel is the room we were in has a balcony off the atrium. There was a party going until midnight. That wasn’t bad enough but at 6am the staff started setting up for breakfast and they were slamming cabinet doors and hitting pots. Felt like they were trying to have a band with pots and pans. I’m sure there was no need to be so loud. So unnecessary and very rude. I would definitely stay here again but would definitely ask for a room that isn’t near that atrium.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was awesome. The room was very nice. The pull out couch even had a super comfortable mattress. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely stay there again.

I booked a suite with a "balcony" only to find out the balcony overlooked the indoor lobby and the room had no windows! The concierge was very helpful in switching us to a room with windows (and no balcony) but I believe it misleading to not inform guests that these balcony rooms don't have any windows. The suite with windows was great and we had an excellent stay after switching. Super convenient/walkable location for attending a show at the Coca-Cola Roxy theater, Braves stadium, and surrounding bars and restaurants.

Staff was fantastic and very professional. Unfortunately there was a large amount of what looked like black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, some sort of stucco type material coating the bathroom sink and unsafe unprofessional (duct tape and wire style) fixes to the shower door and other areas.
