Cozy Apartment Retreat in East Atlanta

  • Enjoy your visit in a beautifully decorated and renovated 750 sq. foot APARTMENT that is a lower split-level unit, this is not the entire house. It's your own little get away with off-street parking, your own private entrance and a nice, shady backyard for relaxing including your own private patio. Coffee and tea, fully-equipped kitchen; full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, desk, to compliment your stay.
    The space
    This cozy apartment is equipped with an Illy espresso maker, French press, a few spices and amenities, and plenty of pantry and closet space. The queen sized bed is tucked away behind a partial wall for privacy. The sleeper sofa is in the T. V./Living Room and sleeps 2 - studio style-no separate bedroom. Shared Washer/Dryer. There is a HEPA filter (filtration system is a separate system from upstairs).

    For more than 4 people, there is an extra charge of $50/night per person. Thank you!

    I am usually around for any questions or concerns, but if not, text me and I'll get back as soon as I can!
    Other things to note
    My place is a little retreat in the city! No parties, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. I live upstairs and you may hear me from time to time. I will be mindful and quiet. Ear plugs are provided in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink. Shhhh!

Had a great time! Comfy bed, great A.C, and plenty of room for 3 adults. The pull out couch wasn't super comfortable, it seemed to dip at the head but that could just be error user. Our hostess was super sweet and very prompt with any questions or needs we had. 10/10 would stay again!

Stephanie was helpful and kind during check in/out. The space was clean and came as expected. The outside area was awesome! I'm not sure four grown adults would comfortably fit on the two beds (one of which is a pull-out), but the two of us had a great time!

My mother and I stayed at Cozy Apartment Retreat for two nights while we visited family living nearby. The space was just as the pictures show, cozy, clean and plenty of room for us. Easy walk to the coffee shop and other restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and kind. This was a good choice for us.

Perfectly Cozy Spot

Stephanie was wonderful from the beginning! I arrived just after a snow/ice storm and she had cleared a path for me down to the apt. Her home was perfect for what I needed- my trip was business, but wished I could’ve explored the neighborhood a bit. Bed was comfortable, TV worked, nice work space! Wonderful place to stay if you want proximity to the city without the hustle and bustle of the city. Comfy, clean and adequately stocked apartment. Perfect for a couple or small family. Nice walkable place in East Atlanta Village - close to restaurants, bars and artsy stores and boutiques. Close enough to downtown to drive or Uber (I prefer the later. Event parking fees are easily $40+). Stephanie is a wonderful, accessible host who even purchased drinking water for me due to the water main break in the area. So thoughtful. A+ stay!

A lovely and safe oasis in metro Atlanta

This beautifully curated and spotless basement apartment is an oasis in metro Atlanta. It's situated in the heart of East Atlanta Village within a couple of blocks of restaurants and other amenities. We walked past a collection of lovely homes and gardens to Emerald City Bagels for incredible bagels each morning. There was ample space to park our Accord in the back. We stayed for three nights, but this would also make a great longer term option. We were in town for a Braves game and to visit my college and places in Decatur. The location worked well for both. We met Stephanie, the owner who lives upstairs, and she was most gracious. We highly recommend.
