The location is nice since it's close to downtown but far enough away you're not in with the noise and traffic. The hotel is rundown though, there appears to be no upkeep in making the hotel look nice. The staff was not friendly - they were not rude either, but not welcoming or interested that there were guests around. The price for downtown Atlanta hotel is good...but you get what you pay for. Would not stay here again.

Checked out within 2hrs of checking in. I booked two rooms. The bathroom was dirty the drains in the sink and shower had black stuff around it. The rooms are outdated and beds sunked in. Also the floors are slanted bad walking towards the window.

I arrived at the hotel around 6:15pm and I was on my way to my new hotel by 7:53pm. The floor in my room was slanted bad by the window I was on the 2nd floor. The bed was sunk in. The room was completely outdated nothing like the pictures. My toilet seat had urine and hair on it. The sink drain had black stuff on it. The shower drain had black guck around it. That was the final straw and I booked a room at JW Marriott so my children could enjoy their mini vacation in a clean hotel. I booked a second room for my sister so I lost out on two reservations. I would like a refund for both rooms because I wasn't there for two hours.

The hotel was conveniently located for my needs. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is a bit older and a little run down but it was still nice. The bed was VERY comfy so that’s what was the most important to me!

I went several time in the same chain in Michigan, but this in Atlanta is a different story. My room was very dirty, aircon very noisy. All the hotel is very old and need maintenance. Not will back for sure.

Some Rooms Should Be Allowed Smoking Privileges & Also The TVs Should Be Updated For Netflix or Mirror Mode Use. They Say Non Smoking Hotel But Walkin Through It I Definitely Would Have Thought Otherwise. Threatening Customers With A $250 Cleaning Fee If Smoking Doesnt Stop The Customer Especially When Its Raining Outside.

The staff was friendly and great. Hot breakfast was great and featured French toast sticks, and both pork sausage patties and turkey sausage links. The hotel does need some repairs (painting of walls, and updates) but it was clean.

Staff is excellent...very friendly and helpful. Location isn't the greatest... it is easy access on and off interstate, but there isn't much around in terms of food and shopping. It meet our needs for a stop over while traveling to final destination.

Do not stay here! First room was filthy. Second room not much better. Even though there were mouse droppings on couch I toughed it out until I realized there was no hot water. I told front desk. Didn't try to move me again. Said to just leave and I would get refunded. I did just that and of course. No refund for a 3 day stay that I left first night.

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean and the stafff was very friendly. The only thing wrong was my room had no heat. I did call the desk to report it. The clerk said to let it run 10-15 minutes, and it should work. After about 20 mins, it still wasn't working. I was told I could be moved to another room, but because the heat hasn't been on all season, it will probably be the same problem with the other room. I decided to stay in the room where I was, I was tired and didn't feel like packing up. It was a chill in the air, but once under the covers, we were fine. Other than the heat issue, our stay was fine.

The gentleman who takes great pride in preparing a hot breakfast each day was the high point. Lots of choices, but the food was still mediocre. It's very impressive considering this fine gentlemen does it alone each morning. The hotel is a dump, but the bed and bathroom were clean. The hotel carpet, walls and ceiling need to be gutted and redone, although I doubt anyone would invest in this neighborhood considering drunk stadium goers would probably tear it up in no time. When you choose to stay in a 2 star in downtown Atlanta, this is what you get. We only stayed there because my son's college club traveling team needed something inexpensive close to GA Tech. The homeless and people hopped up on drugs were everywhere we looked/went between this hotel and outside of GIT's campus. Less than 24 hours in ATL was more than enough depression for me. Would never stay here again.
