Had to wait to check in because the hotel was fully booked and still turning over the rooms. Also, we booked a room with a sleeper sofa, but there was no linen in the room nor enough towels for the three people the room was booked for so I had to go down to the front desk to get what we needed. Service was fine. Nothing amazing but everyone was nice and polite

During my 3-night stay, the fire alarm went off 3xs in one night and I was mysteriously charged $22.57 after departing. The front desk or management did not apologize for the alarms and would not provide a receipt upon checkout. I knew something was foul right then. Would not recommend.

Apparently the property changed hands in the recent past but it was inconvenient for me as I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle. The water pressure in the shower was very low. A higher pressure in the shower is always better.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Others were given breakfast vouchers in front of me at check-in and when I asked, I was told that I should have checked-in earlier as it was for distressed passengers whose flight was cancelled. Ours was cancelled. :-/ Not a good experience.
