New to VRBO from experienced Premier host! Come stay at this beautiful new home in the heart of Atlanta! This 5 bedroom 4 bath home sleeps 20. Perfect for families, groups, & business travelers. Features include beautiful counters, oak hardwoods, high speed internet, & a large double king room! Located minutes from downtown in beautiful Kirkwood, this home is a short walk/drive to everything you need for your stay in Atlanta.

The space
This new home was built in 2019 with over 3500 sq ft of living space, this home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the heart of Atlanta. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked.

5 bedrooms with 4 full baths, the home has 10 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 6 pillow-top mattress beds (5 upstairs with 5 kings and 1 on the main floor with 1 queen). Additionally there are 4 air mattresses located in the common space, 2 kings and 2 queens. There are also a large couch in the living room that can be used.

Located in Kirkwood, a quiet and beautiful neighborhood near downtown Atlanta. Just minutes from anywhere you need to visit!

Atlanta getaway with friends

Perfect house to meet our friends for an Atlanta getaway. Loved walking around the neighborhood to local bars and restaurants. Close to Eastlake for a day at the golf tournament and easy in and out from the highway. The house was clean and accommodated 3 couples and an extra friend with separate bedrooms and bathrooms so nobody felt slighted. Great property!

Very lovely place to spend Christmas

We enjoyed celebrating Christmas in this comfortable home close to our relatives in Atlanta and to Druid Hills Country club. The house was decorated very festive, and we enjoyed Christmas brunch and dinner on site. Michael was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Nice that there were "supplies" for the week...paper towels, dish washer detergent, etc. Ty so much!

Kirkwood

This home was the perfect place for our family of 11 adults to stay in for graduation week. There was more than enough space to spread out and socialize with each other without feeling crowded. There were a few games to play in the evenings which was really nice. Michael was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back when we visit Atlanta again.

Beautiful Spacious Home

My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay here. It looks exactly like the pictures. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe with our cars parked outside. And it’s 10 minutes or less from downtown. Michael was very responsive and I could tell he really wanted us to enjoy his home. He even offered to get us champagne when I let him know we were having a private chef cook for us to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. The dining table was large enough for all of us. The bathrooms were beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the shower with dual shower heads. It also has a tub to soak in! I would definitely stay here again. Michael is such a pleasant host and this property is definitely sure to be relaxing and comfortable.
