Check-in starts at 3:00p.m. Early check-ins must be requested in advance. The fee for early check-ins are $50 per hour. Check-ins prior to 11:00a.m. are a nightly fee.

Keys are provide in person upon check-in. A a lockbox will be provided with a special code for your stay. Lost keys will result in a $300 fee. Leave keys in the lockbox upon check-out.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside of the rental or on the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS. The home has surveillance to monitor for smoking.

This includes cigarettes, cigars or hookahs. Any signs of smoking will incur a 1,000 restoration fee, which could lead to an eviction and cancellation of reservations.

Residue of cigarette butts on the exterior, will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

NO PETS ALLOWED inside of rental or on the premises.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS or LARGE GATHERINGS. No guest outside of booking are allowed to stay. Additional guest will be charged $100 per person, per night. All guest must be listed, first and last name, children included. The home has surveillance to monitor for additional guests.

NO SUBLEASING- an automatic eviction.

Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood. Do not park in front of neighbors yards, 3 cars can easily fit in the driveway.

Our noise policy starts at 10:00p.m. Any complaints will be given a warning.

No eating in bedroom or living room areas. Only eat in kitchen and dining area.

Laundry use is prohibited, it is for cleaners and extended stay guest (7 days or more).

Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable timely manner. If any damages exceeds the security deposit, a claim will be submitted through VRBO.

You are responsible for your guest. We advise all guest be given a copy of these rules to abide by.

Check-out time is promptly at 11:00a.m. Every 30 minutes after 11:00a.m. will incur a $50 fee. Checking out more than 2 hours later will be charged a nights fee. But does not guarantee a nights stay.

Our rules have been set and we expect each guest to abide by them for the integrity of the house and our neighbors. Violations can or will result in cancellation of reservations and eviction of property. Law enforcement will be called for unruly behavior or activities.

A Welcome Book, located inside of the rental, will include Check-out instructions, DO’s and Don’t, Attractions & much more. Guest must comply with all House Rules.

For any concerns, issues, complaints or emergencies, the host reserves the right to enter the house at any time.
