Ducky, born in 1973, blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed beneath skylights, a mounted smart TV, and multiple convenient power outlets within an arms reach of your bed. The full bathroom and shower features a custom curved mosaic tile wall, while a CordaRoy’s convertible bean bag easily transforms into an additional full-sized bed—perfect for extra guests or cozy movie nights.
Meet Thelma - A 1977 Land Yacht Ambassador
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps up to 2
Thelma may be from the ’70s, but she’s living in the future. Featuring a queen-sized bed, mounted smart TV, and custom cabinetry throughout, this Airstream Bedroom is a serene escape. Beyond the full bathroom with shower, you’ll discover a reading nook flooded with natural light, and complete with a buttery leather chair and calming views of the outdoors.
Meet Wilbert - The Common House

Formerly a garage used as storage space for one of the many unsung heroes of the Civil Rights movement, Wilbert is still representative of the idea of coming together. Mahogany trim, mixed-material flooring, and stained wood beams set the stage for a 4-Burner Gas Stove, Stainless Steel Sink, Dishwasher, Coffee Station, and couches to relax and unwind in front of a 65" Ultra 4K Smart TV. Outdoor living takes on new meaning with double doors that open to the fire pit and accordion windows over a full-sized sink that allow access to outdoor dining bar.
