We enjoyed Atlanta! Staying so close to the downtown attractions and West midtown nightlife was the cherry on top. This home is a quick 10-minute drive to all the spots. Very convenient. Its quiet and hidden in a corner, we often forgot we were so close to downtown! Very cozy and warm, some type of small luxury on a budget. Cess made our stay awesome. I was happy she availed some tea choices for non-coffee drinkers like myself.The neighbors were very helpful when we had an issue with our car.We will definitely stay here next time.

The trip was absolutely wonderful! My friend and I came up for a concert in the city and being able to retreat back to this sanctuary hidden away was amazing! While still being close to the city it is tucked away perfectly so all you here is the night time air. we loved our stay!

Good stay

House was nice for what I needed. Host was very understanding and nice during our stay. The area was bit shady but no one bothered us and parking wasn’t great. Neighbors really kind to us also. I would stay again.

Atlanta Stay

The neighborhood is very sketchy. The Lyft Drivers would not even bring us from the ballgame at truist park back to that neighborhood. The house was in very bad shape, the air conditioning half worked. The host was very friendly and did get us some fans for the house. But for the price i will never stay here again.

Awesome, cozy little place at the end of the dead end street. Doesn’t feel nearly as downtown as it actually is. Awesome host with great communication. 100% plan to book this place again in the future.

Charming old house

Great host and communicator! Quirky old house. Had some old house imperfections but cute and comfy. Not too far from downtown. Feels remote and secluded so location has it’ plusses and minuses. Overall good stay.

Nestled at the end of a quiet street this house gave us a comfortable space that felt safe and minutes from any of the enjoyment Atlanta has to offer! The host Cess of the property was responsive and willing to help in any way however they already had it all prepared, very accommodating!

My best friend and I had a pleasant experience staying at this Atlanta bungalow. The home was clean, well-maintained, and accurately reflected the photos provided online. Though modest in size, it was the perfect fit for our needs and offered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The fenced backyard was a welcome addition, offering a pleasant space for relaxation and privacy.The neighborhood was generally quiet, though it did appear somewhat concerning at first glance, and we did hear nearby gunfire on one occasion during our stay. Fortunately, we did not encounter any issues directly, and our overall experience remained positive.Communication with the host was clear; however, I received the check-in information later than expected, around 3:00 AM on the day of arrival, whereas I typically receive such details a couple of days in advance. Despite the timing, the provided instructions were straightforward to follow.Overall, this property offered a comfortable stay with great proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. With earlier communication prior to arrival, this could easily be a five-star experience.

Great little bungalow for a quiet stay

The little bungalow had everything we needed to stay with two small children. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and air conditioning worked great. Neighborhood was quiet and we had no problems, the house was very secure with its alarm system and locks. The house was well stocked with things we needed like ziplock bags, towels, fruit, drinks and snacks. The owner kept in continuous contact with us and provid3d some great information. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. WiFi worked fine. We were in a great location to get to the aquarium, zoo, children’s museum and the Fernbank Museum.

Should have stayed away

We knew that this house was not in the best area based on another review and could have gotten past that. We were greeted by a cute chalk welcome with my name. However, the house had a very strong smell of smoke that was poorly covered up by air freshener. The floors are in desperate need of cleaning and so I made my boys keep their shoes on after seeing how nasty their socks got after 1 hour. One bedroom door will not close and the same bedroom has an exposed outlet that would not be safe for little ones. The towels in the bathroom are towels that should go to Goodwill. The kitchen appeared clean until we saw mouse droppings next to the dish drying rack. The online pictures are blurry and do not show the poor shape that this place truly is in. We tried to go to the back yard through the kitchen, but the keys did not fit. When we drove through the area at night, we realized we would not have felt safe out there anyway. We were booked for 2 nights and did not stay our second because it was not a place that our family felt comfortable. We were extremely disappointed.

Close to Mercedes’ Benz Stadium

We enjoyed two nights in this little bungalow. The neighborhood is in the middle of some revitalizations, but our host was super responsive to our needs and the little rental had everything we needed.

Neighborhood was quiet during our stay. It was located close to a lot of things we wanted to do while visiting Atlanta. The house was clean and smelled nice. I appreciated the flexible check in & check out time. I just wish the description would have said it was on a dead end street. Still we didn't have any problems.
