  • This fantastic 5 bedroom 2.5 house has all the comfort of home with the privacy you need. This home has it all in wonderful suburban East Cobb - Marietta, GA. Large inside and out. In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs, there is a day bed in the office and a large play/guest room with a couch and queen size air mattress. There is a nice size kitchen with all amenities, dining room, office, sunken family room with fireplace and a wonderful screened in porch. This corner lot is large and private. Marietta Square, Truist Park, the Battery and Downtown Historic Roswell are 10 minutes away. If downtown Atlanta is your thing you are just 30 minutes from the heart of downtown and 20 minutes to Buckhead. Enjoy the many fine restaurants like Seed, Drift, Little Alley's Steakhouse, Marietta Pizza Kitchen and many more.
