  • The house is decorated with Asian antiquities obtained in the 18th century over the last 20 years, as well as high-quality Italian leather upholstery, amazing artwork, Italian bedding and distinctive accessories. The home features the pine flooring heart of the original 1950s, new carpeting throughout the bedrooms, and recently refurbished kitchen and bathrooms. French doors open to one of the best features of this home; a large and private backyard fenced with an open wooden deck leading to a beautiful landscape. This sumptuous four-bed (2 King, 2 Queen), four-bath 2,200 sqft home in Brookhaven characteristics two master suites, a spacious open kitchen and dining area, and a beautiful private outdoor area. Enjoy easy access to film studios and close proximity to Atlanta's bustling Perimeter Center and Pill Hill (healthcare mecca of Atlanta, with three hospitals, hundreds of physician practices, multiple outpatient centers and support services making it a premier location for medical practices).


    PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.
    AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 30 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.

A Great Holiday Stay

This rental was just right for our family during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was spacious and comfortable and the perfect location for our visit (walkable to great restaurants etc.). The house was well stocked with all we needed; we were especially grateful for a kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware! We had to reach out to the management one time and they responded quickly with an immediate solution. We will stay here again should we have an Atlanta Thanksgiving repeat!

Great house in Atlanta suburbs

The house had a great location near Whole Foods, Publix and a bunch of restaurants. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable and there were big TVs in most of the bedrooms. The family room is on the smaller side but I was traveling with teenagers who don’t want to hang out anyway so it worked well for us. We spent time at the kitchen table which had comfy seats and in our rooms.

Great home!

We were in Atlanta for a short stay and this home was perfect. Great location, spotless, everything you could need from, bathrobes to the essentials. Highly recommend this home. I travel at least once a month and use luxury rentals this home gets a 10+++. We will stay again.

Great Layout

Perfect house for mother/daughter trip to Chateau Elan. Four bedrooms with four baths worked out great for 8 women getting ready at the same time! Nice size kitchen and patio space f or us to hang out. Close enough to downtown Atlanta but far enough not to deal with the traffic.

Everything we were looking for!

The 3 ensuites gave everyone their own space to stay comfortably. The other bedroon waas so sunny and had a great closet. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. The support staff was helpful and friendly. Great house with a lovely outdoor space!

Comfortable, luxury home in great location

This was our second time staying in this home, and we loved it as before! The house is very comfortable with nice layout and space and luxury touches with fixtures, furniture and decorations. There is a lot of natural light, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and fenced in backyard for pets. Atlanta Luxury Rentals adds touches of bottled water to greet and having lights and heat on upon our arrival. We can't wait to stay here again!

Roomy with Beautiful Decor

The property was very spacious and in a very safe neighborhood. There was a Whole Foods store nearby which made it convenient for us to grab food during our stay. The decor in this home was very nice! The only challenge we had was getting in and out of the driveway due to the fact that it was narrow, making it hard to turn around and exit out. Other than that, it was a hit!!

Excellent Choice

The house was as described and depicted. It was a great choice for our group of friends visiting to watch our Bulldawgs beat the ducks. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms was perfect for our group. The host was very communicative, proactive and responsive when we had questions. We had an issue with the television but they worked with us to resolve the issue.

The house switch

We had booked a 4 bedroom house. Got to the property and it was only a 3 bedroom house. One bedroom was a twin bed. We needed to sleep 8. They brought over an air mattress but still had people who had to sleep on the couch. Not a good experience.

Great Stay

The neighborhood is in a great area and very quiet. The events we had planned were 15-20 minutes away which was awesome due to the location of the house. The contact turnaround time response was excellent. Every time I contacted the owner, he/she responded immediately to any concerns. The only 2 issues was there wasn’t enough paper towels to accommodate all guest, however, Walmart was less than a mile away… and there was an issue with the washer. It took almost 2 hours to wash one load, therefore, I manually moved it to rinse and then dried the towels. These are small minor fractions that would not let me stopping from booking again. I will DEFINITELY book this house again.

A Gem in The ATL

Property was very well appointed and as advertised. Great location close to Buckhead as well as grocery and restaurants. House has great bones and furnishings very comfortable. Deck was great to watch the many wildlife hanging out - squirrels, blue jays, chimpmunks, cardinals, etc. likely due to the Maple tree in back. Very comfortable space and relatively quiet considering location on main thoroughfare. Property Mgr. was extremely responsive from start to finish. Had every amenity needed except olive oil (which brought with). Bit strange spices locate in bottom cabinet and master BR fan output not as powerful as rest of bedroom fans, which is completely personal opinion (and easily fixed by lowering AC). The only real critique is exterior house windows had spider webs which was noticeable as curtains throughout kept open without sheers. Would ABSOLUTELY re-rent this location. Was the perfect quick getaway spot.

Cozy home

Pros: convenient location, large kitchen and dining area, good size bedrooms with four updated bathrooms, clean house. Cons: could not find any pot holders in the kitchen and only one dish towel. There could be more casserole dishes as well. Ice maker was broken and smoke alarm needs a battery change. House on a busy street.

Amazing Thanksgiving

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location was amazing and central to great restaurants and grocery stores. This place was very well stocked and had all of the amenities you would receive in an upscale hotel. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed expeditiously and the owner followed up personally as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was everything and more

The house was just as they stated online, it was perfect for me and my family. We went to great wolf lodge which was an hour away, perfect location to stay at. Surrounded by all the grocery stores and eating places, the house was equipped with everything you needed just like home. Next time in the Atlanta area will definitely stay there again.

The A/C did not work downstairs. Reached out to contacts provided via phn and email no Response

Overall the property wasn’t to bad , however the cooling of the home downstairs did not work. We reached out to the property contacts via phn and email and no response was received out of the 4 days we stayed there which was unacceptable. So everyone had to be upstairs where it was cool. We did not get to utilize the kitchen to cook due to it was very humid downstairs. For the future I recommend for you to communicate with the renters of the property to make stay better
