1920's Atlanta Antique Furnished Cozy Cottage in Historic Collier Heights area

Coming to Atlanta? This place is great for a single person or for a couples retreat in the city! Hidden in back of the main house you will have private guest house to yourself with 1 bedroom available to you (2nd bedroom is being used as my storage), full bathroom, kitchen with stove, fridge, toaster and microwave, coffee maker, utensils etc. living room, off street parking, safe and fenced, furnished with great finds from antique shops all around Ga from my travels as an artist. Free wifi for your devices but please note There is No TV. I want you to rest, relax, unwind and soak in the tranquility and connect with your significant other.

Guest Access

The whole guest house to yourself. If needed, I have laundry services, concierge, driving, breakfast, lunch and dinner services available for an additional small fee. No parties or events or extra guests unless we discuss and charges may apply.

Interaction with Guests

I live in the front main house so if needed call,text or knock on my door for anything you need. Concierge and driving services are available. I won't bother you as you have complete privacy but you can let me know if you want to hang out and play board games/cards/bingo!

Conveniently close to Marta buses & station is about a mile away and 285, 20 and 75/85 is very close. Uber and Lyft drivers are all around. My sister drives for Uber and is right around the corner.

Other Things to Note

Please treat the antiques with care. There is no TV so you can enjoy the simple life and each other but there is wifi if you need to get some work done or watch netflix on your laptop. There is a desk in the living room for your laptop or to revel in the lost art of love letter writing. (If you need a stamp and envelope I have plenty) Enjoy the starry night sky sitting on the porch.

House Rules
Treat my home like your home... just respect it. We are laid back and you will have your privacy. We will be here to greet you and give you your key upon arrival but if you lose it there is a lost key fee of $75. We have a darling pit bull (Riley) and a chihuahua mix (Fluffy) that lives in my front house and we leash walk them in the backyard. If you are bringing a pet, There is a $10 pet fee per pet per day. $150 cleaning fee added if there are any accidents and may be an additional damage fee.

Very cozy old cottage! Perfect get away from the city

Owner was very nice. Property was a clean old little cottage. Very quiet tucked away back behind the main house. Nice and cozy. Only downside is there is only 1 window AC unit in the bedroom which works great but the front rooms dont get as cool.

Very cute!

We stayed only one night but it was very cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked just fine. Directions were easy to follow and Francis was great at communicating often, even while on vacation. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
