We host single and married couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta's Americamart for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-state. Most guests want to stay in one bedroom with a kitchen and living/dining room combination. They are looking for something more than a hotel room, a place to chill, have drinks, make a meal with friends, Netflix, and chill, or have a comfortable place to work. One or two bedrooms are ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, Mariott, Hilton, or Sheridan. In fact, we are located directly across from the Mariott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.

Wanna getaway? Welcome to Landmark residence Downtown. Live, work & play in the heart of Atlanta. Call this fabulous downtown condo home for few days or a long weekend. The condo is perfectly located for downtown visits and is within walking distance to restaurants, Marta, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Fox Theater, and Centennial Olympic Park.

Free Parking for one vehicle is a $55 value compared to Hotel accommodations. This sleek, modern home is newly renovated. Extra-large living room and dining room combination with fantastic city views day and night. Tons of natural light through huge windows. Remote workspace and lounge area. It is completely renovated with brand new kitchen cabinets equipped with shiny stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser—a cozy Coffee Station with Keurig and K cups for your morning dose of energy before exploring the city. The condo is brightly lit in the morning and a great place to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset! The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, fully equipped with small appliances and cooking utensils for a meal. The master bedroom offers incredible views with a private bathroom and Kingsize Bed. The second bed is a comfy sleeper sofa with plenty of pillows, and an air mattress is available if needed with separate access to the main bathroom.

Parking is FREE, the parking lot is secure, there is only one ingress and egress, plus we have a 24-hr Concierge, WiFi is FAST, Washer/Dryer is not in the unit, there are laundry facilities in the basement, signup with the app for a complimentary wash and dry, and Check-in is easy and automated.

Walk to GWCC, Phillips Arena, Mercedes- Benz Stadium, America's MART, CNN Center, Sweet Auburn Curb Market, Georgia State University, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coke, and GA Aquarium. You can also take a quick walk to the Atlanta Streetcar to get a great trip through Downtown ATL. The unit is also within walking distance of lots of great dining options.

MARTA’s rail service terminates at the Domestic Terminal of the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. For a couple of dollars, you can take the Marta (itsmarta dot com) rail straight to Peachtree Center Transit Station, then literally walk three blocks to Piedmont Avenue and our building. Or take a Uber/Lyft; however, Marta is safe and easier than you may think. I also recommend the Atlanta Streetcar to learn more about the city.

The condo is ideally located for downtown visits. It is within walking distance to restaurants, Marta, Americas Mart, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coca-Cola, GA Aquarium, Fox Theater, and Centennial Olympic Park. The Beltline and Ponce City Market are quick Uber or Lyft rides away!

Host was was kind, thorough and attentive. Space was clean and nice. Elevators were under repair.off and on both days. Our unit's reserved parking spot was occupied the whole time we were there. Nearby highway was very loud and made it difficult to sleep.
