Bed and Breakfast in Atlanta

"Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. My problem was when I checked in I was told of a $100 security deposit for each night I was staying that I did not know about ahead of time. Returned if no problems. I also was informed of a $28 a day parking fee when on the website it stated free parking. The $28 came out of the security deposit. "

"This is a beautiful property from the outside but the staff were rude and dismissive. My room had a shower leak, WiFi dropped multiple times over 3 days and the tv didn’t work beyond one channel. I asked the staff multiple times for assistance and was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. Parking prices were high and food was very expensive and very poor quality. "

"Room had broken inside bathroom door handle that trapped my inside. We mistakingly booked the wrong day and paid again for a new night and asked the manager to refund us for the accidental date in the future we had booked in accident. The manager absolutely failed to reply to any attempts at contact. So the manager is the worst part of this motel. The property lists a pool for the kids to play in. Upon arrival we found it is closed for all of winter including March. "
