"Very reasonably priced airport hotel. Basic, but comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was quiet. It was nice it had a kettle. Common areas were clean and well maintained and well lit. The shuttle was huge and reliable. It runs every 30 minutes. "

"The owner was not helpful at all, every time we asked her anything she said read the message. When we wanted to check in, we needed a code couldn't find it so we called what happened she said read the message this went on for like 2 hours until she finally gave us the code via phone.The code was never in the message but she kept arguing it was and after i filtered my messages for the code it was not there.Also a problem is the message was in frech? "Die Wohnung an sich war gut. Das Problem war die Kommunikation. Es kam keine Antwort über das Fewo-Direkt-Portal auf die Nachfrage zum Checkin-Prozedere. Beim Telefonanruf am Tag vor der Anreise hieß es, die Wohnung sei vergeben, wir können nicht anreisen. Die Nachfrage bei Fewo-Direkt ergab dann später doch eine Verfügbarkeit. Der Aufenthalt war dann in Ordnung. Nach dem Auschecken kam dann eine Reklamation über eine kaputte Schranktüre, die wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten. Diese wurde nach...
