area -Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190)
-Living room with a comfortable double sofa bed
-Fully equipped kitchen, with all brand new facilities included, such as fridge,oven,oven,kettle , kettle, toaster, coffee maker
-Bathroom with hair products.
-1 Smart TV 43'', subscribed to universal channels and access to streaming services
- High speed WiFi
- New washing machine
-2 air conditioners, one in each room
-2 ceiling fans, one in each room
- Security door.
- Windows that guarantee your peaceful stay.
-Clean the balcony, ideal to enjoy your meals all day long!

The apartment is located in a very central location, just 100 meters from the "Kato Patisia" train station, which connects you directly to the most famous attractions.
*Historic center of Athens (Monastiraki, Plaka, Anafiotika) - 15 minutes by train
*Ancient Agora - 12 minutes by train
*National Archaeological Museum - 20 minutes by train
* Parthenon and Acropolis Museum - 20 minutes by metro
*Platia Syntagma/Parliament Building/National Garden of Athens -20 minutes by metro
*Panathinaikos Stadium -30 minutes by metro
*Piraeus Port -40 minutes by train
*Athens International Airport can be reached in two ways:
-by bus X93 from Liosion station (10 minutes walk to the bus stop). The ticket price is 6 euros and the journey takes about 1 hour.
-with the blue metro line (M3), where you arrive at Monastiraki station. From there take the green line (M1) to Kato Patisia station. The house, as mentioned above, is 100 meters away, less than 2 minutes' walk. The ticket price is 9 euros.
Also, at 400 meters you will find KTEL (intercity buses), which connect Athens with other cities / places (Central, Northern Greece).
The apartment is accessible by all means of public transport (train, bus, trolley).
