The room was nice. Your staff was great! We have stayed there a couple of times before as we have grandkids in the area & the love using the pool. I know you are aware of the floors & there are notices posted saying you would be fixing them soon. They can be a tripping hazard & it is a safety issue. Thx, for a pleasant stay. We'll be back!

While they have recently renewed flooring in halls and rooms, overall general condition is average. Beds comfortable and everything worked as expected. Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. In town for Ohio basketball game and while they all inflate rates when they can, the price while reasonable compared to others, still not justified. Breakfast ended at 9:30 on a weekend, prefer 10 or 10:30, especially after a late night game. It’s a room, OK, but more expensive that it should be.

Check in and parking were both easy. My husband is in a wheelchair because he just had surgery and the hotel was not very wheelchair accessible. We struggled to get into the lobby to check in and we were put in a room where our parking lot entrance had no ramp to get him in and out. I had to pick up the wheelchair onto the sidewalk, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, working ac and heat. There is a gym and a washer and dryer on site as well as an indoor pool (we didn’t utilize any of these)
