Ideally located in Megaro Mousikis area in Athens center, this one-bedroom penthouse situated on the 6th floor, offers an exceptional city view and a private balcony that provides a perfect backdrop for your stay. As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a cozy living room that connects the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 3. The kitchen boasts all the essentials, including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and more. Relax in the living area, complete with a comfortable sofa and a 43” smart TV, while staying connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the penthouse. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the penthouse includes one beautifully appointed bedroom with a double bed where you can relax in style. Every corner of this newly built penthouse is a testament to elegance and comfort.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
