Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I spent 4,000.00 dollars and not once did they clean the place in the three weeks I was there ….mold was slippery and all over the shower floor …..the sofa was broken …and had a cigarette burn on it ….two chairs were unsafe as they had screws missing ….the ottoman in the living room we had to repair as it was in two pieces when we arrived ….nearly all the window shades didn’t work ….mold growing on the walls ….i travel Europe 3-4 times a year and never was I so disappointed ….and this was the first time ever that I wasn’t greeted personally by the host
