My place is in the historical center of Athens close to nightlife, public transport, and the city center. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Ideally located, a unique apartment of 70 sq, in a very peaceful neighborhood, with a view over the Acropolis. The apartment is located in the heart of Athens, close to Monastiraki square, with stunning views of Acropolis and Athens.

The area where the apartment is locates is called Psirri, a traditional neighborhood in the historical center of Athens where you can find numerous taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is located on 4th floor of a building.

The apartment was fully renovated in the end of 2016 and we reconstructed it in such a way where someone can enjoy luxury and simplicity at the same time in a fully equipped property. There is a washing machine, a full size oven, a microwave, an iron, a hair dryer, a kettle, nespresso coffee maker and a toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

It is also fully furnished with a double very comfortable sofa bed and a unique king size bed equipped with an anatomic mattress with a separate upper mattress. Our goal is to provide an amazing sleep and relaxation to our guests after a tough day , a very important element for unforgettable holidays or business trips . The apartment is also air conditioned and there is wifi connection. The 42" LED TV is smart which can access internet and applications.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Entire property has free Wi-Fi!

Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.


The apartment is very close to Greek traditional taverns, pharmacies, banks and any kind shops. The nearest beach is 8 km away.

The travelers will have the entire space for their own use.

The apartment was just as the pictures showed. We could walk to everything. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine & watching the sunset was amazing. Communication with George was very easy and he was more than helpfull answering all our questions. We would definitely return here again.

This is a well equipped apartment in a great location. It's close to all the sites and the metro. Plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. I highly recommend bringing a bottle of wine and enjoying the sunset and evening on the balcony!

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. The apartment was in good condition (clean, safe), had the basics and more (fridge, couch, washing machine, drying rack), and was in a great location (short walk to the Acropolis, metro, shops, restaurants, and bars). Communication with the management company was prompt, and check in and out was easy.

Our family of four had a great stay in George’s apartment in Athens. The Psyri neighborhood is a great location and the apartment was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of Acropolis Hill. George went out of his way to accommodate an early check in for us! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.Thanks George and Lefteris.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our expectations were met. Great location, just 15 minutes to the Acropolis, couple minutes to nice restaurants. The property has all described amenities, including a terrace with the Acropolis views. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We also got help for the ride from and to Athens’s airport. Highly recommended.

Heatwave that hit Athens was during our stay. They have great A/C but still needed a fan. They delivered a fan for us - way above and beyond! So grateful!!! Very clean and comfortable- amazing location!!! Truly a winner!!! Stay at this property!!!

This is an amazing centralized property in Athens with great acess to the metro and main attractions. We loved having acess to lots of night-life and resturants it was perfect as a young couple. The property management was very friendly and prompt when responding to questions. They provided great information before arrival and even aranged our airport transportation which was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and the views from the balcony were amazing!

L'appartamento è spartano, ma senz'altro funzionale e corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Il grande terrazzo con vista sull'Acropoli è magnifico. La posizione inoltre non potrebbe essere migliore: sei nel cuore pulsante della movida di Psirri e a poca distanza da tutti i luoghi di interesse del centro di Atene. Un'ottima esperienza.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans le logement qui est spacieux pour un couple. Simple aperçu depuis le bacon sur l’acropole. Concernant l’état général de l’appartement : la salle de douche nécessite de l’entretien : VMC inopérante. Nous ne pouvions pas nous promener pieds nus sans retenir de la poussière noire sous nos pieds : un bon nettoyage du sol était nécessaire. Présence de 3 chaises sur 4 autour de la table. Petite précision : la cafetière Nespresso est présente, mais contrairement à ce que nous avions lu sur le descriptif, une seule capsule par personne est offerte à l’arrivée : penser à apporter vos capsules car la boutique Nespresso est loin de l’appartement. A part cela, Georges nous a bien accueilli et était facilement joignable.

Georgios place was a good value. It was a clean apartment with basic furnishings. The outside of the building looks kind of sketchy but the inside is fine and secure. Very close to Ancient Agora, many restaurants, shopping and the like. There are a LOT of restaurants, shopping and grocery's about a 1/2 block from the apartment. The AC worked but was not very robust. It was never cooler than 25 C or 77 F. That would be about the only thing that would make me not stay here again. Other than that the place was spacious, clean and cheap.

I looked forward to a breakfast coffee (there is a Nespresso machine available) on the balcony as well as an apero each evening of local wines, olives and breads. The view was fabulous with the Acropolis in one direction and the Observatory in the other The location was in the centre of the night life and although it was noisy, I could sleep through the party on the street level, which seemed to be most evenings. Great restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the bars were friendly.
