Kokkino Limanaki Guest House

Summer house close to kokkino limanaki beach (blue flag beach), Rafina port, Athens international airport (20mins) with magical views to relax with the whole family, couple, friends or alone at this peaceful place to stay.
The whole decoration and art is from my grandfather’s trips from all over the world as he was a captain. It has two big bedrooms a kitchen and a dinning area suitable as a working space too. It’s very close to the center by car but still in the countryside.
The space
This is a whole house fully equipped with appliances, air conditioning, fridge, oven, smart tv, Wi-Fi etc
The armchairs in the living room and in the first bedroom can turn into a single bed.
Guest access
Access to the whole house.
The house has 2 aircons one for the living room and 1 for the bedrooms (but even in summer is a very cool house) heating if needed from a gas and electric heater. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, table and chairs to sit outside.
There’s going to be a Smart lock if there’s no one to give the keys or in person contact.
Other things to note
Please respect the quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 as this is a quiet neighborhood with most of its neighbors reside there permanently.
