- Welcome to Ivélia, an urban boutique residence and private spa retreat in the heart of Athens.
Set within a 1950s Athenian building, this spacious residence blends restored wooden floors and original character with contemporary design, curated details and modern comfort. It accommodates up to six guests across two queen bedrooms and a separate lounge with a queen sofa bed.
At the heart of Ivélia is its private spa experience: an oversized built-in spa bath with an integrated bench, hydromassage jets, rainfall and waterfall features. The master bedroom also benefits from its own private en-suite hydromassage shower bathroom.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, generous living and dining areas, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating and a furnished balcony overlooking the neighbourhood.
Victoria metro station is just steps away, offering easy connections throughout Athens. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants, mini-markets and everyday essentials can all be found immediately nearby.
