"The hotel was good. Room comfortable. Bathroom ok. Staff very helpful and friendly. During the days we stayed at Divani Palace, there were daily heat warnings issued. Temperatures were beyond record highs. The air conditioner in the room did not cool lower than 23C. It was hot in the room. We called many times to request that the AC was fixed, but it never was."

"Check in was seamless with welcoming staff. Very well maintained property. Rooms were immaculate. The pool deck can get crowded due to size. Only note , the pool deck glass should be clean often. Gets cloudy so covers the stunning views."
